DALLAS PRINTING is seeking an Operations Manager. The Operations Manager has responsibility for customer service, estimating, graphic design, and production operations (including digital printing, large format printing and finishing, bindery, mailing services, and delivery/shipping). This is a hands-on, fast-paced position that is involved in all aspects of the business. The operations manager position has significant customer-facing interactions as well as internal management responsibilities.
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. with 30 minute lunch

Excellent interpersonal skills - customer service experience is helpful
Solid math and analytical skills
Strong time management, organizational ability, and attention to detail
Good computer proficiency
Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities
Stable work history
5 years experience in customer service, operations, marketing, and/or management
